In the early days of the All-Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Fellow-ship, this group of men met in 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio, during the 8th World Congress of the Baptist World Alliance, which convened July 21-22, 1950. The fellowship was organized in 1949, with Rev. Peter Kindrat (seated fourth from right) elected as its first president. Rev. Harbuziuk is seated second from left.

Rev. Harbuziuk directs a service of the All-Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Fellowship congress that was held October 19-21, 1973 at the Ukrainian Baptist Church of Chicago. The Toronto choir is seated in the choir loft with its conductor, Andriy Tesluk.
Rev. Harbuziuk preaches at the Ukrainian Bible Centre (Українська Біблійна Оселя), which is situated along Pigeon Lake near Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. He was an annual visitor for a number of years. The All-Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Fellowship sponsored annual summer conferences here starting in the 1980s.
The All-Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Fellowship sponsored a celebration of the 200th anniversary of America's Independence Day in Philadelphia on May 29-30, 1976 .The program lists Rev. Harbuziuk as preaching during the Sunday morning worship service.

The All-Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Fellowship held a conference on May 27-30, 1961 at the First Ukrainian Baptist Church of Chicago to review its work and elect a new executive board. At the time, the president was Rev. Gregory. Domashovetz, and the secretary was Rev. Ivan Berkuta. The printed program listed Rev. Harbuziuk as leading the Sunday morning worship service.
Rev. Harbuziuk was a leader of the All-Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Fellowship (in the Free World) for many years. He was elected president during a conference held October 19-21, 1973 in Chicago. He was re-elected in 1975 to a five-year term, then was re-elected again to five-year terms in 1980 and in 1985.
