     Olexa was involved in the Gospel ministry his entire adult life. At age 18, he started out as a traveling evangelist in Ukraine. He preached his final sermon just months before his death. And he worked on his book until almost his dying breath. The book was printed after he died.

    God blessed him with a gifted speaking voice, and he used that voice to proclaim God's love for the world.

     His involvements included:

* Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Convention (in the USA)

* All-Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Fellowship (free world)

* Pastoring churches

* Radio broadcasting

* Editor of magazines

* Visiting churches around the world

* Guest speaker at conferences around the world
